Mat Rappaport

"Alice is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and is able to work independently. This frees me up to focus on developing new work. She is adept at all aspects of photography and printing as well as an excellent researcher. Her assistance was invaluable at a time when I was mounting a solo exhibition, managing a curatorial project and developing a new body of work."

Mat Rappaport's art work has been exhibited in the United States and internationally in galleries, film festivals and public spaces. His current work utilizes mobile video, performance and photography to explore habitation, perception and power as related to built environments. Rappaport is a co-initiator of V1B3 [www.v1b3.com], which seeks to shape the experience of urban environments through media based interventions.

He currently teaches at Columbia College Chicago.

Matt Siber

"Alice was a great help to me with my personal artwork. She is a hard worker with excellent attention to detail. She brings a determined maturity to the work she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone in a creative field who is looking for assistance. Alice is easy to work with and, as an artist herself, has a solid understanding of the creative process."

Matt Siber's artwork is part of the permanent collections of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Museum of Contemporary Photography and is represented by Galeria Antoni Pinyol in Reus, Spain, Galeria La Fabrica in Madrid, and Galerie f 5.6 in Munich. His images have been published internationally in such publications as ArtForum, Flash Art, Aperture and EXIT Magazine and he has received grants from the Aaron Siskind Foundation and the Illinois Arts Council.

He currently teaches at Columbia College Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Julie Weitz

Working with her lightens my load, allowing me to complete the necessary tasks of managing a career with the least interruptions from the creative process."

Julie Weitz combines drawing, painting, photography and video to visualize the inescapability of the human body through yoga and geometric abstraction. Weitz has had solo exhibitions at William Busta Gallery in Cleveland, OH, Mindy Solomon Gallery in St. Petersburg, FL, and Tempus Projects in Tampa, FL, as well as having her work featured in group shows at Schroeder Romereo in NYC, Patricia Sweetow Gallery in San Francisco, Thomas Robertello Gallery in Chicago, and the Philadelphia Photo Art Center, among others. Rebecca Kling

"I hired Alice to help with artistic outreach and could not be happier. Her work for me - which consists of researching potential performance venues, compiling contact information, and general administrative support - has paid for itself many times over. Alice has allowed me to focus more on the art I want to be doing, confident that the administrative and logistical tasks I've given her will be expertly handled."
